Data capture for the quality of electrofusion welding on PE pipes.

The Electrofusion Studio application quality captures relevant data during the preparation of PE/PP pipes for the electrofusion welding process.

The BARCODE function decodes and displays the content of the barcode in accordance with ISO 12176-3 (welder badge), ISO 12176-4 (traceability code), ASTM F2897 (component code) and ISO 13950 (connection welding bar code).

The SOLANDO function captures data during the preparation of the welding process following a pre-determined profile, e.g. weld number, joint code, photos of relevant quality steps, GPS data, system barcodes, etc.

Welding parameters will be transmitted via Bluetooth connection (BLE) to compatible electrofusion machines (processors) and welding processes will begin. Welding process data can be monitored within the range of the Bluetooth connection. After the welding process, the device registration is completed on smartphones and the data transmitted to the captured devices.

After sending the information to the server database, the data can be reviewed on the EFCC-WepApp (Electrofusion Control Center) by a limited group of people.
